a song and a recipe for today

where is my mind

gluten free zucchini bread

1 1/2 c almond flour
1 3/4 c brown rice flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c sugar
1 c oil
4 eggs beaten
1/3 c water
2 c zucchini
1 tsp lemon juice

2 buttered loaf pans
bake @ 350 for 1 hour
